We want you to love your products! If you need to request a return, just email us at billburton@tatnall.org. Since each item is custom-made, we only accept returns if something is damaged or defective.

Please keep in mind:

• You can start a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Returns must be shipped at the buyer’s expense.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
